Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Poblano Mexican. We value your patronage and want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. All returns and refunds will be handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

For any damaged or lost orders during shipping, please contact Australia Post or the courier company directly. We are not responsible for goods damaged in transit or not received. Replacements for damaged or lost items are at our discretion.
