    Anchos are the dried version of Poblano chillies. They vary in color from dark brick red to deep mahogany with a medium thick flesh.   • Duros de harina (also known as pasta para chicharrones, churritos, Mexican wagon wheels or pin wheels) are a popular Mexican snack food made of puffed wheat, often flavored with chili, Valentina  and lemon.
